Return and Exchange Policy
At Black Arrow Native American Jewelry and Art, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind while respecting the artists and craftsmanship behind each piece.
Returns and Exchanges
New jewelry and art: Please request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Eligible refunds are issued to the original method of payment. After 30 days, eligible returns receive store credit in the form of a Black Arrow gift card.
Special Orders and Custom Orders
Special orders are pieces ordered for you that are not available in the gallery. Custom orders are pieces made or modified to your requested size, materials, or design.
For special and custom orders, the 30-day return and exchange window begins on the date you receive each item, whether delivered or picked up in the gallery.
Workmanship: If you are not satisfied with the workmanship, you may return the item for a full refund to the original method of payment.
Size: If you are not satisfied with the fit, you may return the item for a Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card. A fit concern qualifies even if the item was made in the size you requested.
Design or color: If the piece does not meet your personal expectations for design or color, you may return it for store credit in the form of a Black Arrow gift card.
Order errors: If we provide the wrong item or a piece that does not match the specifications agreed to for your order, you may return it for a full refund.
Handcrafted pieces and natural materials may vary in color, matrix, and pattern. Reference photos help communicate preferences but do not guarantee an exact match unless specifically agreed to when ordering.
Condition and Workmanship
Items must be returned in their original condition and unworn, apart from trying them on to assess fit. Please contact us within the applicable 30-day window; the item does not need to reach us within that window. After 30 days, eligible returns receive store credit, except for workmanship defects.
We stand by the quality of our products. Returns or exchanges due to defects in workmanship will be honored at any time. Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper care, and damage caused by alterations performed outside Black Arrow or the artist’s approved process are not workmanship defects.
Vintage and estate pieces are excluded from this return and exchange policy. All sales are final.
Refunds and store credit are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. A full refund covers the amount actually paid for the returned item, including applicable sales tax. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a workmanship defect or an error on our part. Original shipping charges are refundable for workmanship defects or errors on our part; otherwise, they are not refundable. Bank posting times vary.
Process
- In-Store Purchases: Bring the item and proof of purchase to our store for a return or exchange.
- Online Purchases: Contact us at sales@blackarrowgallery.com or call 800-621-6668 to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in workmanship or an error on our part.
