Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe: New Jewelry or Art Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. After 30 Days, we will issue a Gift Card.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and unworn.
- Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our products. Returns or exchanges due to defects in workmanship will be honored at any time.
- Misuse: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of misuse beyond normal wear and tear.
- Vintage and Estate pieces are excluded from our return policy. All sales are final.
- In-Store Purchases: Bring the item and proof of purchase to our store for a return or exchange.
- Online Purchases: Contact us at sales@blackarrowgallery.com or call 800-621-6668 to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in workmanship or an error on our part.
